I was listening to my IPod the other day and “Secrets” by One Republic came on, it contains Bach’s Cello Suit 5. It made me think; Bach composed that Suit about 300 years ago and it is still inspiring people. This got me thinking about last Moon.

Someone at Circle pondered why Billie Holiday was not silenced when she sang “Strange Fruit” I think she was not silenced because her voice and message where simply to powerful to be silenced.

Adelle has the same effect. My college plays music videos in the cafeteria, Adelle’s “Set Fire to the Rain” came on and the 20 people in the cafeteria quieted down and some even started watching. It was pretty cool.

This is the beauty of music it can move you or stop you and make you think.

I just wanted to share this thought. I wont be able to make the blue moon so I hope you all have fun 🙂
